As twin sisters we are very much the yin to each other’s yang and believe in a balanced approached to training your body and mind through yoga and interval training.
I have always been happiest when I have been playing sport or working out. I qualified back in 2016 whilst working in a PR role full time, something I had always wanted to do, but never had the confidence. I then went on to do a certified Group Cycling course which led to running various spin classes. The bike is my happy place, accompanied by a good soundtrack!
My philosophy to training is always give it a go, if it’s not for you, that’s fine! I don't claim to make you beach body ready in 20 days or have rock hard abs in 10. What I can assure you of is that I will listen, help you set realistic goals and guide you on your journey to a healthier body & mind.
I started practicing yoga at my local gym around 12 years ago. My first few classes were spent not having a clue what I was doing and trying not to pass out breathing through my nose! I had always been active but after starting my yoga practice I soon realised that I had never truly connected with my body or taken a pause to check in on what was going on inside.
Working in various busy jobs as an event producer in London the yoga mat was and still is my sanctuary. I loved teaching others everything I learnt from the practice and qualified as a teacher in 2018. Since then I have been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha flow. I am a qualified pre and post natal yoga teacher offering strengthening and nurturing classes to support women through birth and the journey afterwards.
As a teacher I like to make yoga accessible to everyone, explore and break down preconceptions of what poses should look like, believing every body is different and completely unique. I like to give students space to quieten their mind, connect and choose their own practice.
